The challenge

Dynamic Spaces Australia is a tier 1 construction and landscaping builder serving councils, developers and homeowners across Victoria — spanning commercial construction and landscaping, domestic landscape construction and maintenance, and pool fence compliance. For a builder tendering to government and working with developers, having no dedicated website to point decision-makers to was the gap: nothing to establish credibility, set out capabilities, or be found in search. The build started from a blank page.

Our approach

• Built the full site on the Shopfront Studio stack — statically prerendered so every page loads fast and is fully crawlable, with SEO, AEO and GEO baked in from the first commit rather than bolted on after.
• Structured the site around the three service divisions — commercial construction and landscaping, domestic landscape construction and maintenance, and pool fence specialist work — so each capability has a clear, indexable home.
• Set a clean URL structure with proper meta titles and descriptions per page, plus LocalBusiness and BreadcrumbList schema, and entity-first content that states plainly who Dynamic Spaces Australia is, what it builds and who it serves.
• Delivered a complete prerendered site with a generated sitemap and robots.txt, and an AEO entity foundation, so traditional search engines and AI search tools can read and cite the business accurately. As a new build there was no legacy redirect debt — the structure was correct from launch.

The outcome

The site launched search-ready at dsaust.com.au, with structured data and an AEO entity foundation in place from day one across all three service divisions. Search performance data is accumulating since launch; ranking and enquiry metrics will be added here as that data matures.
